In accordance with the Hays County stay-at-home order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of our faculty, students, and their families, the Blanco River Academy campus is closed and instruction is taking place online through at least May 3, 2020.
On the first day of the 2019-2020 school year, our kids got a chance to plant seedlings for our school aquaponics system. BRAc takes pride in always teaching students about how to live as good stewards of our planet, by practicing a sustainable lifestyle. Hands-on learning in our aquaponics lab is the first step in students understanding how food is grown and what it takes to produce food for a population.
Graduation 2019 was a glorious celebration of our amazing 8th Grade graduates, Charlie McNabb and Anna Berry. We are so proud of the young people that they have both developed into and look forward to watching
their bright futures unfold. Charlie will be attending Wimberley High School and Anna will be attending St. Andrew's Episcopal School of Austin.
